All-inclusive. Enjoy spectacular views and mingle at Maple & Pine's rooftop bar at the QUIRK Hotel, while enjoying Chef David Dunlaps' artisan California-Spanish-style tapas, signature cocktails, and Virginia, Spanish and Sonoma County wines (including sparkling).

Acclaimed Chef David Dunlap, who once worked in California, will present his own take on California tapas.   This is a grazing event with various food and beverage stations.  There will be seating.  Vegetarian options will be available.  Please scroll down to the bottom to see the wine, cocktails and food menu you'll enjoy.

In case of inclement weather, the event will be held at Maple & Pine's uber-hip indoor bar.

This event includes an open invitation to tour the QUIRK art gallery, located next door to the hotel, from which the hotel got its name.   

The tapas and craft beverages will be served between 12:30 and 12:45.  This is a "walk-around" grazing type event.  The tapas will be available for your pleasure for around 90 minutes after being served, so you can take your time!
