Reach Thousands of Affluent Wine and Food Lovers at the Mid-Atlantic's Premier Wine Event!
Come participate in the Mid-Atlantic's premier wine event by exhibiting at the 6th Annual Virginia Wine Expo. If you want to reach thousands of affluent consumers with a sophisticated palate, this is the event for you.
Virginia wineries and other vendors will be asked to exhibit during two different Grand Tasting sessions, which will offer a total of seventeen hours to sample and sell wine.
The VWE will be held February 19–24, 2013, at the Greater Richmond Convention Center and nearby venues in Richmond, Virginia. Exhibitors will receive a pipe and draped space, draped table, chairs, and a waste-basket for their exhibitor’s fee. Multiple options are available with regard to the size of the booth.
HOW TO BECOME AN EXHIBITOR
If your organization wants to exhibit at the VWE, please fill out the Exhibitor Inquiry Form below. It is very short. We promise that the form will be promptly read and we will respond in a timely manner. Also, please ensure that your business type and email address are accurate. Both pieces of information are crucially important if the exhibitor registration process is to go smoothly.
Once we receive the Exhibitor Inquiry Form, we will review it. If we decide that your organization is a good fit for our event, we will send you a code and a link via email. After clicking the link, you will be taken to the Exhibitor Registration page on VirginiaWineExpo.com. You will see a field asking for your code. Please enter the code and you will be presented with an Exhibitor Registration Form.
After you have completed the Exhibitor Registration Form, you will be given the option to pay your Exhibitor’s Fee while you are still on our Web site, or later. If you click the “Pay Later” option, you’ll receive confirmation that you successfully completed the Exhibitor Registration process and be provided with information on how to make your payment later. If you choose the “Pay Now” option, you’ll receive both a confirmation that you successfully completed the Exhibitor Registration process and directions on how to make your payment on the Web site.
After the Exhibitor Registration process is complete, we will follow up with additional information concerning general event policies, booth decoration and set-up, hotel accommodations, parking, exhibitor passes, and more.
