Reach Thousands of Affluent Wine and Food Lovers at the Mid-Atlantic's Premier Wine Event
Come participate in the Mid-Atlantic's premier wine event by exhibiting at the 8th Annual Virginia Wine Expo. If you want to reach thousands of affluent consumers with a sophisticated palate and the trade, this is the event for you.
Virginia wineries and other vendors will be asked to exhibit during the Saturday and Sunday Walk-Around Grand Tastings (February 21-22, 2015), which will offer a total of twelve and a half hours to sample, promote and/or sell your products and services. Attendance at the two Walk-Around Grand Tastings in 2014 is expected to be 9,000+. The typical attendee is college-educated and has higher-than-average income ($70,000+).
Exhibitors will receive a pipe and draped space, draped table, chairs, and a waste-basket for their exhibitor’s fee. Multiple options are available with regard to the size of the booth. Exhibitors will also have their logo added to the Vendors section of the VirginiaWineExpo.com website and receive badges and other privileges during the show.
HOW TO BECOME AN EXHIBITOR
If your organization wants to exhibit at the VWE, please fill out the Exhibitor Inquiry Form below. It is very short. We promise that the form will be promptly read and we will respond in a timely manner. Also, please ensure that your business type and email address are accurate. Both pieces of information are crucially important if the exhibitor registration process is to go smoothly.
Once we receive the Exhibitor Inquiry Form, we will review it. If we decide that your organization is a good fit for our event, we will send you an Exhibitor Application via e-mail.
After you have filled out and submitted a completed application (to Ms. Jessica Corbett) and it is approved, we will follow up with additional information concerning general event policies, booth decoration and set-up, hotel accommodations, parking, exhibitor passes, and more.
