Grisette’s Celebration of the Duck Wine Lunch

This scratch-made, southern French-style lunch made with local, seasonal ingredients, focuses on duck - so rich and flavorful that it is often compared to a cross between poultry and red meat. Duck is also considered a staple of fine French cooking. Enjoy Chef Donnie Glass's sumptuous lunch paired with Virginia and Bordeaux wine.
