Chef Hamidullah Noori will surprise you - just like he surprised (and impressed) the judges on Food Network's 'Beat Bobby Flay' - at this dinner, which will feature a mix of both traditional and modern interpretations of Afghani and international cuisine paired with Virginia wine and wine from other regions around the world. This is a truly unique opportunity to taste cuisine very few chefs around the country know how to execute.  Chef Noori not only presents dishes with flair and originality, he creates flavor profiles and textures you can hardly imagine were possible.
